Hospitality in the respect and love for nature, this is our credo.

To welcome to our home all the guests making them feel like part of the family and leading them to discover this wonderful plateau is what we commit. We love nature and for this reason all the latest restorations during these last few years have been made using and reusing only local materials: from the furniture made of wood from the burnt down cheese factory that still shows the mold of Asiago cheese, to the beams of old sawmills and farmsteads of our land used as upholstery for the restaurant and for the renewed living area.

The hotel is completely warmed only by the use of wood, we use eco-save bulbs as much as possible and our sheets are washed only with green and ecological detergents.

Why all this? Because it's beautiful to stay in a comfortable location but it's even better to live on a beautiful planet.
